Modules are charged on a per question basis with all questions being charged at a flat rate. For repeat modules, a 10 per cent discount will be applied for questions that are repeated after the first month – the discount is given to reflect the only very minimal programming required in repeat modules. This replaces the previous costing method for repeat modules based on module timings.
Modules that are only asked of selected subsets may be eligible for a sub-sample discount. The level of discount will be calculated to reflect the sample size that the question is asked to.
Showcards, routing and self-completion options carry no additional cost. All figures quoted exclude VAT.
