Diversity is a key measure on our corporate scorecard, against which ONS and the Director General are measured.
We have an organisational diversity objective, which is cascaded to all business areas, and reported on via directorate business plans and key deliverables for success.
To progress this, every employee has a mandatory diversity objective and a set of key deliverables linked to the organisational objective.
We also measure the fairness of our HR systems.
