Services Producer Price Indices - The Development Of Price Indices for Professional Business Services, Cargo Handling and Storage and Warehousing, Quarter 1 2013
The Services Producer Price Index (SPPI) are primarily a suite of individual price indices that provide information on price change for a limited range of service industries. Each SPPI captures quarterly changes in the price received for services provided by UK businesses to other UK businesses and Government. These individual price indices are also aggregated together to create a 'service industry' SPPI with limited coverage.

Health Inequalities - Trends in all-cause mortality by NS-SEC for English regions and Wales, 2001-03 to 2008-10
This release presents trends in estimates of mortality rates for males and females of working age in English regions and Wales, from 2001-03 to 2008-10, calculated using population denominators derived from the Labour Force Survey (LFS). The analysis is based on the seven class reduced National Statistics Socio-economic Classification (NS-SEC).

Short Term Migration Estimates for England and Wales - Mid-2011 Estimates

Estimates of short-term migration, based on information gathered by the International Passenger Survey (IPS) when migrants return home. Estimates refer to flows to and from England & Wales as well as the average stock of short-term migrants present in or absent from England & Wales. Statistics are provided for migration of periods between 3 and 12 months and 1 and 12 months.

House Price Index - March 2013
The House Price Index (HPI) is a monthly output based on mortgage completions data from the Regulated Mortgage Survey (RMS). This release contains data on mix-adjusted average house prices and price indices, along with annual rates of change by region, type of buyer and whether a dwelling is new or pre-owned. A seasonally adjusted mix-adjusted house price index and monthly house price change are also included.

Aerospace and Electronic Cost Indices - February 2013
Contains cost indices (purchase of materials and fuels, earnings and National Insurance, general expenses and combined costs) relating to four aerospace and electronics industries. The data are based on the revised Standard Industrial Classification SIC (2007) and are calculated on a base year of 2005=100. The indices are widely used by government and business as an authoritative source of information on inflation, cost adjusting and price variation in trading contracts.

The impact of previous special events on economic time series - the Diamond Jubilee and the London 2012 Olympics
This article reviews the impact of the heavy snow in December 2010 and the Royal Wedding bank holiday in April 2011 on related economic time series. It will look at the Production, Construction, Services, Retail Sales and Labour Market series to determine which sectors of the economy were most affected. It does not make any attempt to quantify the overall impact of these two events on economic growth, in line with the ONS Special Events policy.
