By year, for births registered in England and Wales, since 2012: Birth sex ratios (number of boys per 100 girls) by mothers' country of birth. Also the overall birth ratios for each year.

We do not routinely produce statistics on birth ratios.
The Office for Health Improvement and Disparities has published a report on sex ratios at birth in the United Kingdom between 2017 and 2021 which may be helpful.
We have produced a number of user requested tabulations on births by country of birth of mother, sex and ethnicity of baby such as this which may be useful to you to calculate birth ratios from.

Births by parent's country of birth for England and Wales: this release provides data on annual statistics on live births including countries of birth for non-UK-born mothers and fathers. The data tables provide estimates covering the years of interest to you. They do not include breakdowns by sex and therefore sex ratios at birth are not included. Breakdowns of births by sex and mother's country of birth can be extracted from NOMIS where you can calculate the ratios yourself if required.
Birth characteristics: this release provides data on annual live births in England and Wales by sex, birth weight, gestational age, ethnicity and month, maternities by place of birth and with multiple births, and stillbirths by age of parents and calendar quarter. It covers the years of interest to you. They do not include sex ratios at birth by ethnicity. The next publication for this release is provisionally announced for publication in May.
