The provisional average house price in Great Yarmouth in September 2024 was £219,000. This was higher than the average of £215,000 in September 2023 (revised), a 2.1% rise.

Across the East of England, the average house price in September 2024 was £342,000, which was slightly more than a year earlier (£339,000).

Across Great Britain, a home sold for an average of £294,000 in September 2024, which was up from the September 2023 average of £286,000.

In the year to September 2024, the average price for semi-detached properties in Great Yarmouth rose by 3.2%, while the average price for flats stayed around the same over the year.

For each property type, average prices as of September 2024 in Great Yarmouth were:
