Data for all employees and part-time employees in the 15.7a safe table can be requested from the ASHE ad-hoc service, which is chargeable. The publication of any data from safe tables is part of the ad-hoc service because of the extra work involved to make it suitable for publishing. As this information is already available to you via this route, we consider that s.21(1) applies to this request and the information does not have to be supplied under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act.
