We only hold electronic records for live births back to 1963 and are therefore only able to produce ad-hoc tabulations for 1963 onwards. Furthermore, we are unable to produce birth statistics at the level of detail you require due to risk of disclosure.
More historical birth statistics can be found in books that were produced yearly. Birth statistics for 1951 are published in ‘Birth statistics: historical series, 1837-1983’, produced by the Office of Population Censuses and Surveys in 1987. These series provide the total number of live births per month for England and Wales combined and Wales alone but do not provide the level of detail you require.
