I want to know the statistics of people being:

1) Mis-diagnosed with with bowel cancer in Barts NHS London and the death and survival rate.

2) Diagnosed correctly with bowel cancer in Barts NHS London and the death and survival rate.

We said

ONS hold a register of cancer records for patients in England who have been diagnosed with cancer. However, the data we hold does not allow us to ascertain whether a cancer diagnosis has been made in error or in fact correct. We receive the Cancer registrations from our partners in Public Health England. They may be able to provide information regarding mis-diagnosed cancer registrations.
