You asked
I am trying to find data which breaks down coronavirus-related crime by ethnicity of the accused.
I mean that in the broad sense of any action which is deemed a breach of the guidelines which then leads to charges, fines, cautions, arrests, etc. It might not actually result in a criminal conviction.
Interested in anything you might have relating to that or if you could direct me to someone who might. CPS?

Thank you for your request.
Due to the pandemic, face-to-face interviewing for the Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) was suspended on 17 March 2020 and has not currently resumed. We are currently collecting data via a new telephone survey (TCSEW).
The TCSEW primarily measures people's experiences of victimisation and the does not collect information on perpetrators of coronavirus related crimes, nor their ethnicity.
We have some data on the breaches of coronavirus restrictions that you may find useful.
More detailed data on police recorded offences are collated by the Home Office. You may wish to try contacting them (via crimeandpolicestats@homeoffice.gov.uk ) to see if they can provide you with the information you require.
The Ministry of Justice may also be able to provide further assistance. They can be contacted at the following email address: statistics.enquiries@justice.gov.uk.
If you have any other crime-related queries in the future, you can email crimestatistics@ons.gov.uk and will endeavour to help.
