Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the percentage of COVID-19 deaths with no underlying causes who were recipients of the annual flu vaccine. We do not have access to NHS Care plans or vaccination records. Therefore, we do not hold the data you have requested.

Although we cannot provide the data you have requested, you may be interested in the following publication: Deaths involving COVID-19, England and Wales: deaths occurring in March 2020. This shows the number of deaths registered each month in England and Wales, including deaths involving the coronavirus (COVID-19), by age, sex and region. This data set also includes analysis on underlying causes and those deaths from COVID-19 with no underlying causes.
