How many people have been victims of crimes perpetrated by asylum seekers or illegal immigrants to the UK since 2020. Which crimes were committed?

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. Our data is primarily focused on victims of crime. We do not have details on the perpetrators of crimes.
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) are primarily responsible for collating data on offenders and may be best placed to assist you. They publish Statistics each quarter which may be of help. Should you need additional assistance or have any queries regarding their data, they can be contacted via ESD@justice.gov.uk.
Additionally, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) publish overall prosecution figures and police referrals as well as charging rates in their CPS quarterly data summaries which may be of use.
The Office for National Statistics are responsible for collating and publishing statistics for England and Wales. Scottish Government are responsible for publishing crime statistics for Scotland. The Police Service for Northern Ireland and the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency are responsible for publishing crime statistics for Northern Ireland.
