Current systems and suppliers for payroll, HR and training

I am writing to make an open government request, under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for all information listed below.

Could you please send me the following:

1. Which system/supplier do you currently use for payroll, HR Training/Learning & Development and Duty Rostering?

2. The number of employees on the above system(s).

3. The contract value when the above was last purchased.

4. The contract renewal date for the above.

5. The person responsible for overseeing any potential replacement of the above.

6. The person with overall responsibility for the Human Resources function.

The following information has been provided in relation to Payroll;

1. We use the Logica payroll system, provided by CGI IT UK Limited.
2. At the last count, in January 2017, there were 3,967 employees supported on the above system.
3. The contract value when last purchased was £840,000.
4. The contract renewal date is 31/05/2022
5. We do not provide individual employee contact names to preserve Commercial confidentiality. Please contact us at pu.projects@ons.gov.uk

The following information has been provided in relation to HR;

1. We use Fusion, provided by Oracle.
2. At the last count, in January 2017, there were 3,967 employees supported on the above system.
3. The contract value when last purchased was £7,653,680.
4. The contract renewal date 31/05/2018
5. We do not provide individual employee contact names to preserve Commercial confidentiality. Please contact us at pu.projects@ons.gov.uk

The following information has been provided in relation to Training/Learning and Development;

1. As a public sector organisation, we are mandated by Cabinet Office to use the Civil Service Learning website. We do not have a contract with them.
