You asked
I am interested in obtaining further data on diazepam, temazepam, amitriptyline and citalopram related deaths that have been recorded from 1993 onwards.
Specifically, I would like to obtain further data relating to the following:
Age of death (and sex) recorded on each death certificate for each (a) diazepam, (b) temazepam, (c) amitriptyline and (d) citalopram related death recorded from 1993 onwards.
Names of other drugs (if any) that were included on each death certificate for each (a) diazepam, (b) temazepam, (c) amitriptyline and (d) citalopram related death recorded from 1993 onwards.

Thank you for your enquiry.
Please see the following publication, which is our most recent publication on deaths by drug poisoning: Deaths related to drug poisoning in England and Wales: 2018 registrations. This publication is due to be updated on 01 October 2020 to include data for 2019.
Our Deaths related to drug poisoning by selected substances dataset forms part of this publication, and provides information regarding deaths from diazepam, temazepam, citalopram and amitriptyline. However, this does not contain a breakdown by sex or age.
