Can you provide a modifications of Excel tables 12 and 13 of 'Deaths Registered in England and Wales' entitled:
Table 12 Deaths: place of occurrence and sex by underlying cause and age group
Table 13 Deaths: area of usual residence and sex‚ by place of occurrence, numbers and percentages
In detail please supply:
For each of the years from 2012 to 2015 inclusive (01/01/2012 to 31/12/2015)
I require equivalent tables but with the additional breakdown by the day of week (i.e. Mon/Tues/Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun) on which the death occurred (not when registered) for each place of occurrence.
For table 13 I only require the combined England and Wales M/F data for each place of occurrence of death by day of week; i.e. no regional/national breakdowns.

Special extracts and tabulations of deaths data for England and Wales are available to order (subject to legal frameworks, disclosure control, resources and agreements of costs, where appropriate).
