Although we publish data on the number of offences reported to and recorded by the police in England and Wales, we do not hold any information that would allow us to separately identify hate crimes targeted at homosexual individuals or offences committed against drag queens.
Data on hate crimes recorded by the police in the last three financial years (2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19) in England and Wales, broken down by strand of hate crime, have been published by the Home Office in Table 2 of their "Hate crime, England and Wales, 2018 to 2019" release, available here: https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/hate-crime-england-and-wales-2018-to-2019
Please note, however, that while the data presented in this table include sexual orientation hate crimes (offences motivated by the offenders' perception of the victim's sexual orientation), they do not separately identify the victim's sexual orientation. Additionally, the data presented in this table do not separately identify offences committed against drag queens.
As data on offences recorded by the police (including hate crimes) are collated by the Home Office, you may wish to try contacting them (via crimeandpolicestats@homeoffice.gov.uk) to see if they can provide the specific information you require, though it is unlikely they will be able to do so.
We do not hold any other information or statistics where we are able to separately identify drag queens.
