We produce estimates of long-term international migration (immigration, emigration and net migration) to the UK on a quarterly basis. These estimates are available by current citizenship in table 1; immigration flows are labelled "inflow". These data are available back to 2009.
Long term international migration estimates to the UK by age and sex are available in table 2.07 and are provided back to 1991.
To understand who applies for British Citizenship you will need to use data supplied by the Home Office. These tables, which summarise citizenship applications and grants, may be of use to you.
