Unfortunately we do not have the information you require. We produce price indices which measure the change in price for domestic electricity and electricity used by industry. These are part of the consumer price indices and producer price indices datasets. We do not produce the actual average price in either case. The two indices are published in a variety of formats, for example against heading 04.5.1 Electricity in table 4 of our consumer price indices detailed reference tables and against electricity excluding Climate Change Levy in table 1 of our producer price indices tables.
Your request may be better placed with the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. They produce electricity prices for the non-domestic sector, some consumption figures in Energy Trends and could potentially answer more of your questions.
