You asked
I would like to know how many motorcyclists have been involved in accidents, that go from slight injuries to deaths, 3 years before and 3 years after the new motorcycle license changes were introduced on 19 January, 2013.
This should also include details such as the type of licenses (A, A1, A2, Etc) and ages.
