You asked
I would like to request the latest data/a summary of statistics that are available on the number of knife crime offences that have been committed by young people aged 10-17 from 2010 to 2020.

Thank you for your request for information on knife crime offences which have been committed by young people.
We publish figures of crime in England and Wales based on two data sources: The Crime Survey for England and Wales (CSEW) and police recorded crime data. The CSEW is a victimisation survey and asks respondents if they have experienced a crime, thus, homicides cannot be included.
The data that we publish on victims of homicide are provided to us from the Home Office's Homicide Index. Data on the age of suspects convicted of homicide for the year ending March 2009 to the year ending March 2019 can be found in Table 26 of our Appendix tables: homicide in England and Wales. This information is not available broken down by those offences recorded by the police as homicide by a sharp instrument. We also do not hold data on the number of young people charged with murder as a result of knife offences.
As homicide data are collated by the Home Office, it may be of use to contact them directly at crimeandpolicestats@homeoffice.gov.uk as they may be able to provide you with the information that you require.
