You asked

Please can I have a list of every database your authority holds alongside a description of what the database is.

To clarify I am not requesting the databases themselves just their names and descriptions.

I would prefer to have this information in Excel form.

We said

The Office for National Statistics (ONS) currently use Lotus Notes databases to store much of its information. Therefore, we have interpreted your request to be specific to these databases. As such, we have provided a list of every Lotus Notes Business Database that is in use as at 26 June 2015.
