As part of a response to a Parliamentary Written Question (Ref: 138008 : 18 Jan 2013 : Column 979W) you supplied two tables; one showed the number of people in Scotland who have never worked broken down by age group and the second showed the same data broken down by local authority.

Could you please supply me with similarly constructed up to date tables but in relation to (i) England and Wales and (ii) Scotland?

As this information is already available to you via this route ONS considers that s.21(1) applies to this request and the information does not have to be supplied under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act. s21(1) is an absolute exemption and no consideration of the public interest test needs to be applied.
