Thank you for your email requesting information about the number of empty homes in various places in 2024. 

Unfortunately we do not hold data about empty homes in 2024. 

Our most recent data is from the 2021 Census where we published the Number of vacant and second homes, England and Wales: Census 2021 which includes published data for many of the areas that you listed. 

If you want more recent data, then we would suggest contacting the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) who have two publications which include information about empty homes. Those are the English Housing Survey and Council Taxbase records. However, these use different definitions to the Census so should not be directly compared.
