Thank you for your request.
The formal remit of the Office for Statistics Regulation (OSR) covers official statistics – statistics produced by government which must comply with the Code of Practice for Statistics, including National and Experimental Statistics. Part of our role as the regulator is to report any concerns on quality, good practice and comprehensiveness of official statistics. As stated in our interventions policy, we take a broad view on what falls within our scope and consider issues that may be perceived as official statistics, whether or not they are official statistics.
The organisations you have requested above are not Official Statistics producers. The Greater London Authority (of which Transport for London is a part of) has voluntarily applied the Code since July 2018. This means that it has committed to producing data and analysis in line with the principles of Trustworthiness, Quality and Value as set out in its statement of compliance.
We have no cases that directly meet your request for concerns/complaints about official statistics raised to UKSA for the organisations you listed. Instead, we have summarised all the casework concerns we have received regarding data and analysis from the organisations you mentioned in the associated download named 'FOI-2023-1363 - Complaints to UKSA about the Mayor of London, City Hall (of London), Mayor's Office for Policing And Crime and Transport for London'. As we have no formal remit to intervene where organisations voluntarily apply the code, we dealt with these cases on an informal and advisory basis.
