I was wondering whether it would be possible to receive the official data you have on file for Russian Speakers, this includes citizens from Ukraine, Byelorussia, Baltic countries, Georgia etc. I would like to know how many Russian speakers live in the UK. Perhaps a breakdown of nationalities would also help.

The data you requested are not available from the Office for National Statistics (ONS).
The closest data that the ONS holds are estimates for main language as at census day, 27 March 2011.
Table QS204EW - Main language (detailed) - is available from the Nomis website: http://www.nomisweb.co.uk/census/2011/qs204ew
The table provides 2011 estimates that classify usual residents aged 3 and over in England and Wales by their main language. You can use the "Query data" option to refine your search for various languages and geographies (e.g. Russian at local authority level). Please note that, in the above table, in order to protect against disclosure of personal information, some records have been swapped between different geographic areas. Some counts will be affected, particularly small counts at the lowest geographies.
You may be able to commission a bespoke table for Russian as a main language. Should you wish to consider commissioning a such a table, Census Customer Services will be able to advise you on the procedure and the associated costs:
