I would like to request information under the Freedom of Information Act for migration statistics related to unmarried/same-sex partners for 2018 and 2017.
Please also could this also include gender.

Thank you for your Freedom of Information request about migration statistics related to unmarried/same-sex partners.
The latest information we have about long-term international migration by sex and marital status (published 1 December 2016) relates to 2015 and categorises people as ‘single’, ‘married’ and ‘widowed/divorced’. We have no data about unmarried/same-sex partners for migrants.
We do publish data about Population estimates by marital status and living arrangements which does give information about same-sex couples. The latest data are for 2017 and we do not yet have data for 2018. We also publish data about civil partnerships and marriages.
