Particularly, I would like any correspondence or publication that details the reasoning and justification for the reclassification of Scottish further education colleges as public bodies.

2. A copy of any internal guidance detailing the basis for, and process of, reclassification as a public body.

3. Any internal and external correspondence (including briefings, policy notes, memos, emails, etc) regarding potential reclassification of Scottish universities/higher education institutions as public bodies.

4. Any internal and external correspondence (including briefings, policy notes, memos, emails, etc) related to the proposed Higher Education Governance (Scotland) Bill.
