Please cover the period from the start of 2020 to date.

In order to provide the information requested, we would be required to search the inboxes and desktop files, as well as numerous business databases, files, shared drives and personal workspaces of every member of Sir David Norgrove's Private Office, as well as Sir David's mailboxes, to locate all statements, speeches, quotes in the press, and other texts relating to any public appearance or comment made by the Chair of UKSA. This would essentially be any written information regarding anything Sir David has said in the past year. This search would also need to encompass a wide range of possible search terms to ensure all relevant documents are found. The cost limit for replying to a Freedom of Information request is £600 or 24 hours work, and in our view we would need to greatly exceed this with your request.
We would therefore request that you consider limiting the scope of your request to allow us to respond within the cost limit.
