Please could you provide a breakdown of per capita by ethnicity (as defined by the census groups) in England and Wales for the last three years available for:
all rape convictions
all sexual offences convictions
murder convictions
all terrorism offences convictions
all violent offences (non sexual) including offences against the person such as common assault and grievous bodily harm

We publish data from the Crime Survey for England and Wales on the victims of violent offences by ethnicity in The nature of violent crime: appendix tables, specifically Table 1: Prevalence of violence, by type of violence and personal characteristics.
Data are available for the year ending March 2019, year ending March 2018 and the year ending March 2017.
