We have corrected errors in the estimates of ‘Number of firms by size and trade of firm’ which were incorrect due to a minor processing error.
This correction impacts the 2017 to 2020 (inclusive) editions of the tables as subsequent editions have been produced on the correct methodology.

We have corrected an error affecting Tables 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 of the Construction statistics annual tables. This error affects all of the sub-sector series within these tables, along with total public new work, total private new work, total public infrastructure and total private infrastructure. This happened because of a processing error.
