Incorrect counts in Table 1 of the number of deaths registered within a year of occurrence, and percentages of deaths registered in the same year they occurred, or within a year of occurrence incorrectly labelled as [x] were published in the 2022 edition.
These processing errors only occurred when there were no deaths in the same calendar year as they occurred but there were deaths overall for the chapter, certification type group. This has now been updated, we apologise for any inconvenience.
