Following a recent review of some of our ad hoc publications against our latest disclosure control policy, we have decided to remove these data from the ONS website due to the granularity. We recommend a high level of caution when using these data and will consider the release of this information in future, on a case by case basis, under a non-disclosive data access agreement. If you would like to obtain these data, please email health.data@ons.gov.uk stating your name, organisation and the reason for your request. We will aim to respond to you within ten working days.
