Some minor corrections have been made to the associated reference table. Some estimates were affected by rounding errors on Worksheet 1. On worksheets 7 and 9a estimates for the “I was told there was no space at the local schools” and “What barriers have you experienced to accessing prescription medication in the UK?” were incorrectly suppressed, respectively. This happened because of a human error. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
