Summary of request

This table provides 2011 Census estimates that classify all usual residents, aged 25 to 64 that arrived in UK 2001 to 2011 by passports held in England and Wales on census day (27 March 2011).

Advisory note

This dataset counts each person only once, therefore people only appear in one category even if they hold more than one passport.

In cases where a person recorded having more than one passport, they were categorised in the following priority order:

1. UK passport
2. Irish passport
3. Other passport
