These statistics have been superseded by the new, monthly “Private rent and house prices, UK” bulletin, to produce a single, monthly housing publication that provides more detailed insight into the UK housing market. Within this new release, we will continue to publish private rental price and house price statistics and links to relevant tables and datasets.
