About your voucher
Most of the vouchers we provide are ‘e-vouchers’ which can be spent online or in-store using the code provided, depending on the retailer you choose.
To ensure we can get your voucher to you, at the end of the study we will collect your email address. You should then receive an email with your e-voucher code within 30 working days. You will have six months to decide which retailer you would like to spend your e-voucher with and claim your gift.
Who is the e-voucher provider?
E-Vouchers are provided by Pluxee, a subsidiary of Sodexo. Your name and email address will be shared with Pluxee to send you your e-voucher. Pluxee will not use this information for any other purposes.
Where you can spend your e-voucher
The e-voucher can be spent at a wide range of retailers – including both online and in-store options. The retailers available are subject to change, in accordance with Pluxee's terms and conditions. The most up to date retailer information and instructions will be sent with the e-voucher. Please be aware that individual retailer terms and conditions apply.
If you have problems redeeming your e-voucher code
If you experience any problems with redeeming your e-voucher or have any questions about the e-voucher code you have been sent, please contact Pluxee for free on 0800 505 3924.
Pluxee provides support 7 days a week between 08:00 – 18:00.
If you have not received your e-voucher
If you have not received your e-voucher within 30 working days, please check your “spam” or “junk” folders in the first instance. If you still cannot locate your email, please contact our freephone Survey Enquiry Line on 0800 298 5313.

No online access?
